Balance is key.
Between heavy sets and high reps a workout can do wonders. I prefer to do some high-rep, warm-up sets to get my muscles primed to perform at their highest ability. I utilize both high rep days, and high weight, low rep days to achieve my goals. The 2nd piece is nutrition. You can't expect to see max results while eating dirty. Eat clean, train dirty, and you'll love what comes out of your hard work.
