How I Started:
Ever since I joined the military I enjoyed working out. I mainly did cardio because I didn't feel comfortable in the weight room. After a little help, I got more comfortable and in 2005 I started weightlifting.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel so wonderful mentally and physically. It is the cure all for almost anything. Whether I am doing a long run, or training with weights; I love the feeling I get after pushing myself when I think I can't take anymore, when I am done, it is the best feeling ever!
How I Stay Motivated:
I am not a fan of lazy and I always want more. If I am not trying to improve myself in any way, I am just wasting valuable time. I think it is amazing what the human body can endure and what it can become. The way you can transform yourself, if you put in the hard work and effort is enough motivation for me. I am eager to see what I can become.

i miss trainin with u. we definitely rocked the gym!
my legs are killing me to i can barely walk around. Tomorrow i have to lead command PT and a 2 mile run pray for me... i think ill just monitor every one and encourage them LOL
Hey leg day rocked today i hope i can walk tomorrow my legs felt like they was going to explode on the 4th set of 30 but pushing out the 6th set ****ing killed me. Next wednesday we are going to take your weight up, so every one can hear that noise you make when you have to dig deep LOL :)
Yeah todays workout rocked my shoulders are pumped and my legs are sore as hell. Thank god you took down that horrible ab pic i dont think my eyes could take looking at that any more :) You should post some pics of hams and glutes they are your strongest points by far and a nice smile too.
you need to bring your camra to the gym wednesday and we will take some better progress pics your abs were amazing today not to mention that awesome BUTT :)
The class is good i guess but its not as fun as you mentioned. We discuss alot of aspects of leadership and exchange good arguments about stuff. About yours pics even if the poseing sucks still post the pic becasue it will show your progression not only in you body but in your poseing as well.
i had to show u some love on here. i hope u rest up and recoup from earlier. it was an amazing workout, and i give u props for stickin it out. that's motivation at its finest :)
