I have worked out off and on for a long time...but it wasnt until June 07 that I starting learning the proper way and noticing what a difference it made..... thats when I became addicted...

  I work hard everyday... everyday to achieve the goals I have set forth for myself and my body..... It really upsets me when I see stats that are a outright lie... it is an insult to people that work hard in the gym... thats right we go to the gym.... It is shows no respect for the sport.......
