I've been working hard, sweetie.. and getting ready to hit the books again... going back to school so I can teach school. Just ready to work!! BB has kept me going so far.. I'm sure it, and all the people on here, will get me through my last semester and Spring student teaching!! Take care!!!

Girl, I'll blog it all!! Mainly, seriously.. no secret! Four things: Clean eating, good sleep, heavy weights and cardio 5 times a week, and loads of fun and laughter. Ooops, almost forgot... AND BATHROOM ABS!!! LOL!!

Honey, I need to post my new routine... might help even though you can't do the abs.... anything you do that 'kills'em' will help!!!! Even if every time you leave the bath, you get down and do 20 major crunches or boat poses! Hit'em... hit'em ALL DAY LONG!
