How I Started:
Began working out at 15. Hit a wall a few years back after some health issues. Healthy once again, a friend asked me to go lift weights with her, and I LOVED it. Though she quit after a few weeks, I was hooked! I've lost 23 pounds since mid-January. (update, make that 25lbs!)
Why I Love It:
It's the best results I've ever had, and I've tried it all.

Sixpack abs, sexy arms, toned and fit legs and rear, too. Maybe gain a few pounds of muscle if I can. I'm in unknown territory! Still need to research body fat percentage to figure out that goal for myself. :)

IRON GYM BAR. Doing the abs all the time. Holding myself up to DO the abs wih t the arms stretched out far apart on the bar, it's working the chest like CrAzY!!!!!! I LOVE IT!! Works the arms, too.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
I really like to do that one homestyle, too. Off the edge of a chair, one arm at a time.

Hey, what can I say!! When I beat the army men to the gym by 1 1/2 hours for early morning p.t. and go to classes 9-5... hey, a gal can only do so much!!! Even the NRGIZR BUN-E!
I've been running miles, bikin miles, climbin miles, You name it!!! LB, you know the deal!!! Barely hangin on........
SUMMERTIME WORKOUT!
Cardio:
3 mile path outdoors, weather permitting, alternating running and walking, enjoying the fresh air and the kick of Vitamin D!
Might still do the bike on Tuesday and Thursday. STAIR MASTER for 30 minutes, MWF. Got to make the heart PUMPED, too!!!
Hey girl, missed talking to you! I've been so busy with that class, ugh. Thankfully it's over but I start USF (University of South Florida) on the 24th, kinda excited though! I'll be doing 13 credit hours, but at least I'll be walking all over the place and I have 1 hour and 15 min in between my classes so I'll probably pop into the recreation center for a bit. How are you?
I don't know what those initials in your fit status stand for, but in any case, should i catch the next plane and go kick somebody's ass? If so you let me know ;) take care

What are you going to school to teach? Im going to be taking this week off since I am going to be on vacation this weekend and going to the lake on Wed.
I dont think you will have anything to worry about though, keeping up your diet and exercise! :)
