I like to drink a cup of coffee an hour to 30 mins before I train if I'm tired. Yes
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
Helps keep me motivated. My workout partners are my two of my best friends so it's also a chance for us to socialize productively, and I have help to get out some forced reps.
