How I Started: I got tired of being out of shape and decided to do something about it. Then I met a bodybuilder named Jerry who talked and trained me to compete.
Why I Love It: Helps relieve daily stress and lets me get some aggression out in a productive manner. And the attention isn't bad either ;]
How I Stay Motivated: My friends keep me motivated.
BB Accomplishments: First place in bantam weight at the Orange County Muscle Classic '04.

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
Helps keep me motivated. My workout partners are my two of my best friends so it's also a chance for us to socialize productively, and I have help to get out some forced reps.
