Thanks for checkin in. I had an off month, so I was glad to see I hadn't lost any ground. I had to weigh myself twice the other day. I thought the scale was messed up.

I'm not doin the P90X. Right now I'm doing what I call the PRE-90X. I'm doing the original P90, which isn't as advanced as the P90X. After I finish the P90 and get in better shape I'm going to do the P90X. I'm gonna update everything next week.

Thanks for checking in. I'm still around. Been real busy with work and the kids being sick. I read your recent blogs. Looks like you're doing great. I'm gonna post a blog later this weekend, probably after my 2 week weigh in on Sunday am. Congrats on the positive progress.

Excellent back video. Today I'm hitting back and bi's, and have been struggling a bit with my pulldown's. That video should help with my form a lot! Thanks for posting.

Dennis, down 30 lbs?!?! That's awesome! I'm just checkin in to see how things are going. How has progress been otherwise? Still working hard? You must be with the progress you've made. Looks like you'll be down to 200 by this summer. Great job!

Hey Ken. I fell off last night. Got into my old habits and had a six pack of Spotted Cow. Also ordered cheese pizza, bbq wings, chicken tenders, breaded mushrooms, and fries. I felt ILL from that crap. Got up this morning and forgot it ever happened. Just gotta get back on that horse.

Thanks Ken. I like the Lipo 6. It replaces my morning coffee. It made me pretty hyper at first. I read reviews by others before purchasing that stated similar effects, but they said after a week or so it goes away...and they were right! Now I get a quick boost, and then steady energy throughout the day.

Thanks. I read your profile and saw what you wrote about the "sideways comments", and can totally relate. I've always been the triple F (funny fat friend). That's how I actually got the nickname phaterik, or phat-e for short. Yeah, they call me fatty. Not for much longer though.

Awesome first week! Traveling so much has to suck for the nutritional aspect of training. I tell myself "one day at a time" and the I know eventually the progress will come. I can't wait for May/June to roll around and see the difference from all the hard work.

Chicago.....Mexico.....you a drugrunner? Just kidding. I was born in Chicago and lived there til I was 14. That was the beginning of the end. Hot dogs, pizza, Italian beef sandwiches were all staples in my diet. I live about 40 minutes from Chi-town now. Have fun in Mehhhico.

You are the incredible. I am where you were when you started. I took my "before" pics last night and was disgusted. Seeing what you've done is truly inspirational. I dropped ten pounds in the last week and a half doing cardio and diet. Today is day one for weight training. Wish me luck.

Thanks Blaine. I'm sure I can't keep up that pace, but every lb lost is a step in the right direction. I start weight training TODAY, so I'm pretty psyched. We'll see how I feel tomorrow!

Well, I did my 2.3 miles on the elliptical this morning and weighed myself. I'm down 10 lbs since last Saturday. Damn I wish I could keep that up! I'm hoping for 2 to 3 a week, so everything else is gravy. OOOOOH, GRAVY!

Hey Chris. Overall I think I did awesome this week. I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow after my AM cardio. Then I'm going to weigh in every two weeks. I feel like I lost about ten pounds. I feel awesome compared to a week ago. How'd you do? Did you enter the Muscle Tech contest?
