When I Started:
How I Started:
I'm 34 and need to make a change if I want to enjoy the rest of my life. Pre-diabetic, overweight, bad back, bad knees, and bad diet are all excuses that put me where I am today. Time to turn things around and get "back in the race".
Why I Love It:
More energy and a feeling of accomplishment. Every day it gets easier.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation has been tough in the past. I'm hoping to make some new friends here and keep things rolling.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet, but things are about to change....

....to be back to the routine, that is. I took the weekend off due to coming down with a head cold, but got back into it yesterday morning. I'm sticking with the P90 routine, and it's pretty challenging for my fitness level. Notable improvements include lack of back pain and knee pain. ...
I'm not forgetting about you... get back to it man! You don't have to do an hour on the treadmill tonight, you can do something small to make a positive change. Do 10 pushups or something.
You can do it!
Good to see the weight is dropping off at a great rate, doing awesome job man, keep at it. Keeping your head in the game is the hardest part, trust me i know. Again great progress.
Hey, post some new stats so I can keep tabs on you. Have you looked at your weight chart lately? I can't believe how quickly you went from 270 to 255. Keep kicking ass man!
GREAT TO SEE YOU BACK! This is YOUR health, you have control!
I can tell you have the desire to make a significant change, and you CAN do it. What you really need to kickstart yourself is a highly EMOTIONAL goal. Forget about heart attacks, diabetes, etc. Find a reason that gives you a passion for change and remind yourself everyday!
Shred hard!
You can do it. UI'd say the best contributer to my weight loss was negative calorie foods. i would allow myself larger amounts of these foods.
negative calorie foods are foods that require more calories to digest, than their caloric value. you'd be amazed how many food there are.Try adding this to your routine and see whats happens.
Wasup Erik. I see you're doing good. I haven't been able to do anything the last couple of weeks because I've been going through a stomach virus. But as soon as I'm cured, I'm going back to the gym. Keep up your transformation!!
thanks for the advice, i really appreciate you helping out and giving your advice, i sometimes get frustrated with myself and want things now. I will continue to workout and exercise and if by the time i lose the fat from everywhere else and i still have them, than i will consult a dr, thank you again for the advice
