Training is coming along. I'm going to do the Muscle Beach show instead of the Cals and then probably do Junior Cal on June 20th. I'm not lifting weights - I'm pole dancing instead 2-3x a week. It has done wonders for my physique and it has bought up my shoulders and back and tightened up my abs. I may never lift again. I haven't done any cardio yet LOL. What show are you going to do next?
