Tuesday: Chest and Triceps
Wednesday: Cardio and abs
Thursday:Legs and butt
Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: Cardio and abs
Sunday: Legs and butt
Trying to gain some muscle, cutting back on cardio-2 one hour sessions a week.
The Aug. 16th show is a Jon Lindsay show http://www.musclecontest.com. I've made up my mind that I'm doing that one. Now comes the hard part - leaning out. I don't worry about the exercise part, I've got 47 years of mature muscle and symmetry. My problem is the eating - trying to eat 6x a day is my biggest problem and doing the cardio.
Me too! It was much easier dieting down for the very first show. I've only gained a couple pounds since but I'm no where as lean and can't get my discipline back to lean down again. You look great in your photos - keep pushing hard! Hopefully we'll run into each other at a show. I may try to do the Pacific Naturals Aug 16 in Anaheim. Have you thought about that show?
I am working on the fatloss right now and I'm doing pretty good. I have my LA vacation in 2 weeks. When I come back I am in training for the November NPC show here in chicago. Going to hit it hard and I want (will!) win overall! Thanks for checking in. How are you coming along?
Thank you SO, SO much for that comment. I am planning on competing next year and I am really excited about that--have to bet the body and finances together! Any upcoming shows for you?
Ahh, thank you for understanding. I kind of have control of my diet but it yo-yo's now and then. I find it hard to maintain good eating and a tight waist line when I don't have a show to prep for. I am trying to get it together but I probably won't do a show until next year. Good luck with eveything girl!
