Oxon Hill High Attended 1999 to 2003 Oxon Hill, Maryland United States
When I Started:
Mar, 2003
How I Started:
I had scoliosis as a youngster and surgery at age 15. I started working out when I was 18, weighing 142lbs. Worked out on and off in college and graduated in 2007 at 160 lbs. Started serious with a diet in May 2008 and haven't looked back.
Why I Love It:
The energy, the gains, the progress.
How I Stay Motivated:
The gains on the scale, constant comments from friends and family. Women look at me differently now, too, LOL.
Gotta get my weight back. This time I want to go to 210 lbs.
Goal (Long):
To be admirally huge. I know now that with hard work and food I can gain the weight. So now, I want to be the teacher all the students know means business or that guy all the ladies know can protect them.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 30 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%

You know, I'm always thought about teaching high school science and the like. I still do at times but haven't gotten around to take Georgia's Cert yet. You enjoying that?
Training is alive even though its not as twice a day as it used to be thanks to the heat. I am in the middle of coming up with something that I think would work for everyone but eh, I'm still crafting it out.
What's good Joshua! Congrats on meeting your goal and maintaining. I am in your cheering corner! As for me, I am stuck at 180, but I have not given up, I still want 200 lbs, but clean like you man. One.
It will probably thin out a little bit after the "New Year's Resolution" crowd loses motivation. It's always crowded here with military pers., some retirees and a lot of family members.
Man, you quit the Ph.D. program and headed to DC for what? Dang that does sound like an interesting program.
Well, I'll warn you getting brothers to lift with you is like pulling teeth. It really sounds like you did just have an interesting month and many more to come.
