How I Started:
Saw Pumping Iron, And began reading Arnold's Encyclopedia to Modern Bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
Its the hardest sport/hobbie out there in my mind. I love the feeling during the workout and the soreness after. I enjoy every minute in the gym even if i have to deal with people that don't know anything.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by knowing that my daughter that i wasn't able to know is looking down on me from heaven, and giving me the strength & courage to get through obstacles.

the 140 was after the nats in dallas tx

some kinda slack, havent really been working out, eating like ****, waking up in the middle of the afternoon, staying awake all night, partying alot, not very good at all lol, are you still training for your competition?
