** Some days I like to alternate squats with front squats, and or start my pressing with a full or power clean. I use a squat cage and do all my pressing standing.

** I am doing this workout because I am VERY busy. I workout early in morning and hope to come home in time to walk with my mother. We walk 2-3 miles. So there's my cardio.
