After finishing the wrestling season my sophomore year of high school, i started messin' around with lifting. At first, i just did random exercises (usually for biceps) mixed in with running. Around this time a Gold's Gym opened in my area so my dad signed us both up. From there I gained some perspective on how to lift properly, which exercises work best, etc.
Why I Love It:
I like the feeling of a pump after a good workout, and I really love what its done for me physically.
How I Stay Motivated:
It varies. Usually I look in the mirror and see what I can improve upon and use that.

PCTMuscleupdated Fit Status "Eating clean and beginning to notice my gains."
My long term goal is to put on about 20-30 pounds of muscle and get down to 8% body fat. My main short term goal is to increase my max on the bench press to 315. Back in March I plateaued and maxed out at 280 on the bench. Since then I have not made much progress and am looking to change that.

I want to GAIN 8 lb

thanks man. well I just hit the gym once this week and I weighed myself. I thought i would have blown up (trying to lean down) and I was stunned I am 160 I started at 185 this time last year! my waist is 33 it was 36! bf% is still at 14% but 8% is still my goal. I started swimming and mixing it up running and 3 different weight routines. the bug is back! Its hilarious I had to borrow my buddies belt and he is a 32 waist! all my clothes are way to big! once I hit 8% and 155lbs i will bulk up some
hey bro how are ya ? I am doing good.. had to take some time off to recuperate but i am back at it swimming lifting and running I am doing weights and cardio almost every day . still gunning for 8-10 bf for myself
hey buddy . I am still cutting . went from 17.1% bf to 14.5% in first three months now trying to get too 8 % by March or at least 10%. started a new split routine and also supersetting (first time yesterday). its killer!
I think you sent me those workouts (I am catching up on wall post etc) if you did not....... hey bro looking solid , how are things for you .
