I wanted to stay in shape and look good over the summer, so I started to bodybuild. Now, I'm addicted to it and continue to bodybuild. It has increased my confidence, strength, and atheltic ability more than I could have ever imagined.
Why I Love It:

How I Stay Motivated:
I have friends from my school that workout with me, so I strive to be the best in each and every lift. We push each other for that extra rep or two, and compare supplement and workout ideas.
