Overall Goal: I am beginning my 6 week transformation 11/21/09 and that will end 1/1/10 so i will roll into the new year with some progress under my belt and i will achieve my goals!

How I Started:
I just let myself go. I looked in the mirror one day and realized i needed to stop this. I knew i needed to make some lifestyle changes. I also want to set a good example for my daughter.
Why I Love It:
Its great for relieving stress. The pump i get after a great workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Progress pictures, workout logs, and the great support i get from everyone here at bodyspace.

freezing?? it was so freakin' hot last weekend! it was great! :) we hung out near my friends house most of the weekend but took the train to chi-town on monday and just walked and walked and walked! i can't wait to go back =) how was your weekend?
i'm going to see one of my gym buddies while she's home.. she said 'come on out here' :) it just so happens to be the same weekend as the chicago marathon so i'm taking my shoes just in case :)
well vacations (forced or not) should be just that.. vacation from routine =) looking forward to the new progress pix.. i bet you'll see more than you think.. and thank you bout my legs =)
oh you just HAAAD to go on vacation, huh? man, i HATE those forced vacays! all that fun.. and gettin' away.. haha.. i hear ya on the eating tho.. it's super tough for me too cuz i want to have the body i see in my head after the first meal of chicken and green beans! =(
