I have always lifted weights off and on.I started because of hockey. My weight has always fluctuated.
Why I Love It:
I feel good after working out. Some day I want to see my abs and be able to keep the weight off.

I have two young daughters and i want to live long enough to see them marry and have children of their own.

Lose Fat
Goal (Overall):
loose fat and shrink my my waist line. Improve cardio performance and strength.
Goal (Long):
I need to decrease body fat and decrease my waist size from a 42 down to a 38. I want to increase muscle mass slightly all over. Inner health is a must too. I need to control blood sugars and cholesterol.

I want to LOSE 30 lb
