How I Started:
i WAS ABOUT 20 YRS OLD AND I WAS PLAYING ICE HOCKEY AND REALIZED HOW OUT OF SHAPE I WAS.
Why I Love It:
I feel good after working out. Some day I want to see my abs and be able to keep the weight off.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have two young daughters and i want to live long enough to see them marry and have children of their own.

I would like to see my abs and increase size all over my body slightly. I like my size currently. Iwould also like to drop my weight down to 200 even to start and then go from there.
