Background

When I Started: Jan 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I decided to try wrestling for my High School team Senior year. I'd never been pushed to that extreme before physically, or mentally and fell in love with exercising.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love bodybuilding to me because it is something I have full control of. I love exercising mainly for the visible results I receive from exercise and the feeling of being sore.

My Workout Program

I workout 5 days a week. Mon-Fri. I do chest twice as week, back once, legs twice a week, arms twice a week, and shoulders once a week depending on if they are hurting or not. I try to get in 30 minutes of cardio each day but somedays I am too lazy to do it or short on time.
