How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
12-6reps because i want to gain mass and power.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Depents on what exercise i do,but is always 2-3 minutes.
What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Alternate d.b. curls 3x12-6rep.
D.b preacher curls 2x12-10rep.
d.b hammer curls 2x12-8rep.
