This was taken a year ago. Ihave gained and lost since then. Right now Aug 07 im about 7lbs more. Iwant to be more muscular and less fat. If I can get to comeptition status that would be great. HELP me.
12 days after delivering my fourth child. I weigh 136lbs. and I have not started to exercise yet.
Im not sure how to start. Dont know how much fat to lose Dont know how much muscle to gain. Im completely lost. Dont know how much I should exercise or lift for my weight, height & age. Overall be able to do fitness modeling

Dont have a work out program. I usually just go to the gym when I can. Do thirty minutes on Eliptical machine to burn fat. Than I lift weights. I work on my back and my legs. the most. I try not to work on my arms cuz I dont want them to get too big. Id rather tone my arms. i really have no clue.

Don't let it get you down sweetheart! Hit the gym or at home, get in the zone and do your thang! Low intensity long duration for fat loss/throw in a couple of days of resistance and start from there. You got it in you, plus you look great already, Go Hard and don't look back
