I had to lose weight and get into decent shape in order to enlist in the Army National Guard
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good.

I just don't want to be one of those guys that come home from a deployment fatter than when they left.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
If they're lifting something really heavy it's understandable I guess, but it does get annoying if they do it every set.
Do you socialize while at the gym?
What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Shorts/Tee I'm not at the gym to look good, so I usually look pretty bummy
