How I Started:
I've been working out on and off but decided to take it a lot more seriously this year. After gaining a lot of weight a few years ago it started slowly coming down but I wasn't never disciplined, but now I started eating clean 90% of the time and started P90x.
Why I Love It:
The workload is hard, but the feeling is great when you finish a routine and seeing the weekly changes in the stats.
How I Stay Motivated:
There's nothing worse than trying to justify not doing a workout or half-assing it. Probably the best motivators has to be Bodyblogging, seeing the graphs and stat changes in my Bodyspace and photos! Not to mention following other users progress and changes.
BB Accomplishments:
So far in the past 3 weeks I've dropped 12 lbs, bringing the total to 22 lbs in the last 1 1/2 months.
Diet has been on and off the past couple days. Work is really taking it to me, I'm trying to readjust but find it a little tricky. My sleep schedule really drags me down and I find myself napping after work, when I wake up I've been having a hard time working out. Though to be honest I...
