Morning Workouts

My last competition was held on September 20th 2008 where I took first place in the NGA Northwest Natural Lightweight Division. Previous to the competition I had always worked out in the evening and never considered changing to mornings as I figured it would be impossible to get out of bed at 5:45 AM. Fortunately a friend at work talked me into giving it a shot and I must say it was a very hard transition for me. I had to change my lifting partner, time of workout and life schedule, but in the end it was well worth it and I will continue to work out mornings. It jumps...
