My last competition was held on September 20th 2008 where I took first place in the NGA Northwest Natural Lightweight Division. Previous to the competition I had always worked out in the evening and never considered changing to mornings as I figured it would be impossible to get out of bed...

As far as training goes,It's going pretty ok,given the lots of time I've occupied with college stuff(studying). I've been able to get at least 2-3 workouts per week,although I know that I'd excell straight to the top if I could just dedicate myself totally to BB.I am kind of woried though,cause next year I won't have my gf around to motivate me as my training partner. Any tips on that? by the way, bcause of her, this is the first year I ever got to do a full straight continued year of BB..
Thanks! My diet had a few set backs this last easter (lots of sweets and desserts temptations in parties that I'd be a stone cold machine if I could resist ;) ) but they are kinda expected (just look at the charts history), although I have been able to minimize the 'damages' progressively over the years. And I believe, I'll never fall for that not clean bulking crap again I allways did on winters.
