I was on the way to mid life couch hell in my early 20s. Fortunately I realised it soon enough.
Why I Love It:
The increased SelfConfidence and SelfImage.
The little improvements that come along the way to a long term goal also help a great deal. Seing some definition that wasnt seen before for example.
How I Stay Motivated:

Having lost 12kgs in 10weeks around 2001. When I feel that things are not going right I look back at that time to motivate me to step outside of the square.
BB Accomplishments:
Player of the Week - 2007
MVP - Defence 2008
MVP - Team 2008
Peterborough Saxons D Captain - 2006-7
München Rangers D Captain 2008/2009 - current

What Ozisaxon Is Up To:
Nov 8, 2009
Ozisaxonupdated Fit Status "OffSeason Training Underway - Sprint Sprint Sprint"
Ozisaxonchanged Overall Goal: "To improve my Acceleration and overall conditioning level.
To add mass to my target areas to reduce Stress and injury probability.."
To improve my Acceleration and overall conditioning level.
To add mass to my target areas to reduce Stress and injury probability.
Goal (Long):
New Program installed. (You can readit in teh bodyblog - and please do and feel free to critique it)
Some early hindrances in niggling ways, such as Thumb Injuries. Sounds stupid and is, since it prevents Press movements under heavy load.
But I will be faithfull to getting it on track. I will be faithfull to my body. I will be faithfull to my Team.
This year I really want to make a stamp on this league as a Dominant Defensive Leader. Smashmouth Football as ahrd as I can for 60minutes. Its not going to be easy, but trying to be in the higher echelon of the competition isnt supposed to be either!
Ruthless and Relentless,
Nothing is too hard
Nowhere is too far
Never give in
Just received an email detailing some extra training scheduled with the Rangers. That combined with the Comments above I propose the following Programm:
Ruthless & Relentless - In pursuit of 200lbs
Eating like a Champion - In pursuit of Lean Mass
During the course of the program I will be working at improving both size, strength and durability of my body. I am doing this primarily at home and using limited equipment.
Guude. Hmm, it´s not so easy in germany to get the real "good stuff" for a decent price. Right now, i order at "supermass.com". Till now, the best place i found - but still searching for cheaper places :). Will be in the states in twice this year and gonna try to "smuggle" as much as possible ;). Keep building
