Seeing new growth and feeling good about the shape I am in.
How I Stay Motivated:
I imagine that some-one is in my way, competing to take my goals away from me. I hate to be second, especially in a two man race.
BB Accomplishments:
Transforming myself from becoming a middle age couch slob to a good level competitor in my sport.
This has been by losing 12kgs of mainly bodyfat and slowly building myself back up.

Currently working on The main Composite body movements:
Squat
Deadlift
Shoulder Press
Bench Press
The season is well under way and I should only follow a maintainance regime.
Due to work and traveling I have not made a huge effort to get my lazy backside into the gym. Got bakc into it again.
Going to SLOWLY increase Cardio in the hope that I will be able to recover from a game faster.
