When I Started: Feb, 2005
How I Started: Ive been doing weight training on and off for many years since I was a kid but very sporaticaly, my body seams to yo yo quite abit as I havnt got the diet down and exercise has been few and far between
Why I Love It: I love especialy working on legs. I love how they feel when they are fit. I dont realy want to get massive. Ive always thought of myself pretty big so at this stage I just want to cut and get fit and have a toned muscular look.
How I Stay Motivated: When I start to see results , it just spurs me on more and more. I am currently push bike racing so i have contantly try to improove my fitnes.
BB Accomplishments: none to date excpet for general fitness
loosing weight is always good for me as I start to look more toned.

Lasted about 20 min.

A very nice day outside, decided to go have brekky asked for 5 eggs whites and 1 full egg, and rest of the big breakfast the same which basicaly is just 2 halfs of cooked tomato and a couple of rashes of bacon and a couple...

Hey thanks a lot! yes being anorexic/bulimic for that long was not good. The rebound sucked but in the process it made me a better person and i appreciate myself even more now:) So i guess in a way i'm glad it happened, because now i've seen the light! :)

Definitely it's great, though it's been so long you sometimes forget just how bad it was to be so overweight. I'm starting a Velocity Diet run next week when I get the stuff and hopefully will lose 10-15kg which will put me around my goal weight. :)
