Bro, good to see your starting out early. Now you just need to EAT! Eat lotsss of clean food ex.: turkey, eggs, oats, milk, chicken, steak, sweet potatoes, vegetables, etc...Don't worry to much about any fat gain right now, just get you nice base and work off that!

Your arms don't seem that big, so I am doubting you can curl 75 pounds. Either way, keep on going. Your young, as I am, but I am keeping at and am noticing the results.
