Bro, good to see your starting out early. Now you just need to EAT! Eat lotsss of clean food ex.: turkey, eggs, oats, milk, chicken, steak, sweet potatoes, vegetables, etc...Don't worry to much about any fat gain right now, just get you nice base and work off that! Good luck

Your arms don't seem that big, so I am doubting you can curl 75 pounds. Either way, keep on going. Your young, as I am, but I am keeping at and am noticing the results.
