Update on Anabolic Diet

Like I said earlier I found out I ate wayy to ****ing much this first carb up. Now on carb ups I eat two carb up meals (or around there). One on saturday, one on Sunday. I still try to keep it low carb and very clean carbs, fruit, vegetables, SOME wheat bread, and ok I won't lie I had a two cookies once. I found out how carb intolerant, after any carbs I instantly feel gassy/develope some acne. I'm not noticing a huge difference energy wise yet though, and I still get some cravings. My bodyfat goes down extremely fast though.

Weighed in this morning at 144 on the dot. With all the carbs today (tried to stay clean, although many white breads) I feel extremely bloated will update with weight tomorrow morning, I assume by the end of the day I will have a 5 pound weight gain. Too early to tell if the diet is helping my workouts yet. Will report if I feel a quicker recovery from the leg day I had today. Update: Just measured myself after a meal, I weigh 153.
