It doesn't look like you have to far to go for your abs! I'm killing lower body right now, can't do upper yet with my sprained wrist, but it's going alright at least I can do that! LOL

Then you need to concentrate on the abs, and then once in shape, double up on you food intake and train harder. You will force the body to utilize the food for muscle and you will blow up. You can do this bro, it really works. What you are doing is taking this negative and turning it into a mega positive. Trust me.
