I hit my weight goal for my big 40th H.S. reunion this past weekend. Now to hit my goal of 210 lbs. by the end of the year. I put a post about the reunion on my blog. It was interesting.

Hey, kid. So how long are your workout sessions? I've shortened mine to an avg. of 45 minutes. My compliance is great, still building, and I don't seem to be anywhere near "burnout," as I don't dread those marathon sessions. Of course, I still do CARDIO ;) separately in the A.M. about 40 minutes.
