Starting Out
It's taken a lot of work just to get to this point. Still have a lot of bodyfat to lose.  Another 2 week update. I have been taking it easy the past two weeks, taking a bit of a break from strict diet, but am back on the routine again today. Hopefully I didn't lose much ground.

Hey, kid. So how long are your workout sessions? I've shortened mine to an avg. of 45 minutes. My compliance is great, still building, and I don't seem to be anywhere near "burnout," as I don't dread those marathon sessions. Of course, I still do CARDIO ;) separately in the A.M. about 40 minutes.

I don't remember if I commented on your latest progress pictures, but that black bikini works great. You have really slimmed down too, and 205 lb squats to boot. great work. I'm training for a hike either in the Spring or early summer. I'm doing low weight high rep for strength and ebdurance.
