Progress Pictures

It's taken a lot of work just to get to this point. Still have a lot of bodyfat to lose.
Another 2 week update. I have been taking it easy the past two weeks, taking a bit of a break from strict diet, but am back on the routine again today. Hopefully I didn't lose much ground.
I have come a long way in three years. I did take some photos around the time I first started but was so humiliated that I ended up deleting all evidence of them. My starting progress photos here were taken in November 2007, fairly close to goal, and even then I am shocked at the...
Hi, Just wanted to say you made great progress in a short amount of time! You have great build, nice symmetry. How's the training been since your last update (Feb08)?
Hiya, Sickle Girl. Just doin' a drive-by on my tricked-out Hoveround Hoopty checking up on a few of you. Hope your having a wunnerful summer, and that you're getting your tuchus in the gym - at least a little. Have a fabulous 4th! :)
Hey, kid. So how long are your workout sessions? I've shortened mine to an avg. of 45 minutes. My compliance is great, still building, and I don't seem to be anywhere near "burnout," as I don't dread those marathon sessions. Of course, I still do CARDIO ;) separately in the A.M. about 40 minutes.
I don't remember if I commented on your latest progress pictures, but that black bikini works great. You have really slimmed down too, and 205 lb squats to boot. great work. I'm training for a hike either in the Spring or early summer. I'm doing low weight high rep for strength and ebdurance.
How are you doing?! I'm doing pretty good, and hopefully I'm getting some nice definition going as my workouts have been doing well! What about your's?! Congrats on that squat accomplishment too!
Thanks for the compliments! Been on a little injury recovery break. But things are feeling better now so in a few more days I will get back at it. Keep in touch, you look geat.
