Worked out alot in highschool, stopped for a couple years, pounds piled on, had to get em off!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get during and after a workout, nothing beats a burn you get after 4 sets of frog squats.
How I Stay Motivated:
remembering how bad I felt about myself when I wasnt cutting!

Had another strict day yesterday. Diet was excellent, had a great chest/shoulder/tri (push, volume) workout. Rollerbladed my dog for about an hour in 35 celcius heat with 60% humidity....I was soaked, worked a 13 hour day, and hit the hay! 4 days super strict now, should be burning fat...
I placed 8th out of 30. it was a tough contest. guys came from everywhere, they all looked good. I took 2 weeks off, back in the gym now. How have you been?

I was following a 40/40/20 diet for 4 month at 2000cal and didn't lose that much. Switched to keto and 2500calories about two month ago and now I'm down to 198lbs (90kg).
