At one point i was lean i cant say musculer but in shape after a while my eating habit increased like crzy takin in all the wrong food nxt thing u kno i was 198 ...tha bein said always sayin i was gonna go on a diet i neva did n if i did it only lasted a week..after reaching high skool i new something had to be done after meeting my best friend in high skool he introduce me to body building n taught me everything i needed 2 kno after workin out with him for a year he got me back in 2 shape even betta than i was befo..
Why I Love It:
i stay working out because i love the result since being fat in the past it wasnt the best thing 2 me..i always use 2 be tha guy that always kept his shirt on while every 1 was in tang tops or shirt less after becomin build now everything has change i aint scared 2 take my shirt off any were any more..if anything sometimes i notice tha those who are around me n want 2 take there shirts off once mine is off they seem 2 not want 2 take theres off any more (lol)..i plan on keepin it tha way.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by the results always seeing a differ especailly in my abs but most i have to say my best friend carlos thanks for helpin me n always keepin my head up when i was bout 2 give up..i owe u big time.
BB Accomplishments:
My abs.. it wasnt easy going from 198lbs 26% body fat to 157lbs 14% body fat not the greatest body fat for now but hey look at the weight distance and with these great results ama continue n reach my dream body fat 8%

Whoooaa!!! I thought I drink too much water in a day, but gee I only drink 1 1/2 gallon, good for ya! Yes diet plays the part of everything...and you are doing great! :D
I know..gaining muscles and maintaining the bf that you want is a challenging part. But oh well, no pain no game right? How's your diet? I'm sure you eat clean right>?
Chest has been great.It's one of my weakness but I've increased my Flatbench Dumbbell Press from 25lbs. to 30lbs. and perhaps push another 5lbs next week. You're precisely on a dot, lower the BF then gain muscles as much as I can without gaining fat. Wheeehww hard huh?
Looks like training is paying off for ya. You are having a great abs and soon you are reaching your goals in no time. My training has been great, and I'm doing a new routine soon..yet I'm still going to keep my chest workout since I am trying it for 2 months and so far it's my 4 weeks interval. :)
I know it's so frustrating! It's always like that last bit of fat that's holding you back you know? But I don't have any clue what you're talking about you have some rock hard abs, you should be proud!
