Tired of being small.. My goal is simple.. Gain muscle Naturally (Only supplementing with Whey, Amino Acids, Tribulus, and Caffeine (pre-workout) Other minor supplements include ALA, Co-Q10, Multi-Vit, Calcium/Vit D ) while maintaining a body fat percentage below 15.. Well not so simple but challenging, and, contrary to the hype, definitely achievable. I want to prove to people that an "ectomorph" like myself Does Not need to Bulk or take massive amounts of protein and other over-hyped expensive (and generally useless) products out there, in order to build muscle naturally and in a timely manner.
Why I Love It:
Rush, Feeling of Accomplishment, Overall "feel-good" Feeling :)
I am able to get "cut" very quick and have done so several times throughout my life.. I have an extraordinary metabolism which makes it extremely difficult to gain weight especially in the form of muscle. (Although the older i've gotten the easier it's become to gain that good ol' fat :) When cut down i weigh as little as 127 lbs. with a 7-8 body fat percentage. The one thing i've never actively pursued was consistent muscle gain and that's about to change :) I've given minimal attempts but I feel now that I have the knowledge and will to acheive my goal in a timely and productive manner. I look forward to gaining and hopefully getting up to and maintaining a weight of 170 lbs. I feel good about myself regardless but it's time for change and time to set myself a new and challenging goal. I will gain 30 lbs. of muscle in the next 2-3 years all the time maintaining a bodyfat percentage below 15% :)
