How I Started:
Everything else has failed. Now I am taking a turn for bodybuilding. If anyone has any advice for me I am all ears and ready to learn what you do everyday.

How I Stay Motivated:
One of my co-workers turned me on to bodybuilding.com. This is my most recent motivation. Everyone on this site who looks better than me, which is everyone. You are all my motivation. I love challenges and this will be the challenge of my life. In fact, My life depends on this.

Great progress but keep at it. One thing I can share is that over the years my motivation has changed - expect yours to as well. If you feel yourself getting lazy, find something new to motivate you, or change up your goal a bit. The most important thing you need to do is stick with it - keep pushing forward!
I was also once in your situation and I changed... You can do it, and the pounds shed off faster than you think as long as you are consistent. Personal Message me if you have any quesitons.
