I've tried to start and stick to a weight training program, but always failed. I want to gain weight by muscle mass and tighten up my abs. My arms need to beef up and my chest needs some toning. I want to weigh about 194 pounds and bench at least 160.
I've seen the great progress she has made throughout the years. I have started my own workout program, adjusted my diet, and sleep more to build more...muscle! Thanks Minima.
