I am working to get down to 10% bodyfat.
I mainly train for strength,and endurance,however i like building muscle size too.

by Christian Thibaudeau,i decided to try a different way to build.
I figure i'll be in the high 190's to achieve this.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
10%

GREAT PROGRESS! Can you tell me what you do to drop from body fat to your 10% ratio weight? I am having a terrible time losing the fat around my abs, no where else but my abs! What do you recommend for high fat burning exercises? Thanks and keep up the great work!
