I was still 17 and had started seriously lifting weights, did very little cardio. I am an endomorph so putting on any weight at all has been a constant battle.

2006 was a year of no working out and constant partying, and it took a toll on my body. Was starting to gain weight from the 2000+ calories of beer I was drinking each day.I gained a total of 20lbs this year.

Pretty much was at a maintenance stage at this point. Lost most of the unhealthy fat (decided I liked a little bit of it), and was just trying to gain a little bit more muscle.

Body is looking great, so I started to move into tweaking mode. I have great legs, and an ass that took a lot of hard work, but was totally worth it.

Finally felt at this point that my 2006 binge was completely behind me and my body and mind were in a better place then before that binge. I was able to gain weight, add muscle and keep 10lbs of solid muscle on my body for over a year.

I know what does not look like much to some people, but for me, the struggle has been long and hard. To be able to put this kind of size on my legs and ass and keep it on is amazing. It was all done due to my dedication to build a better me.
