think I'm going to start a food journal. Think every 2 hrs I eat the same # of calories. Does 2 hrs = 200 calories not to be hungry?

An hour of yoga followed by a quick carb snack, and then my shoulder workout followed by healthy homemade french toast and milk. Yum!!
