Yeah, things have kinda leveled out for me at 215. I've had somethings come up that have not allowed me to go to the gym in a while so obviously that has a lot to do with it. But I hope to get back to it soon. Good luck with you goals though! It looks like you and I do have similar goals.
Not really lol. Anyway, look at my reviews on my bodyspace of most of the NO-Xplode flavors. IMO, there are better and cheaper alternatives. Look into NO-Shotgun, Horse Power, and Lipo 6X (last one a fatburner) are all great for energy products. :)
Hey bro...I was looking through bodyspaces and goals and I seen you are trying to lose 32 pounds in about 13 weeks. Just out of curiousity: I'm also trying to cut down on my weight to 230 by the end of year so I'm trying to reach a weight loss goal too...so I was wondering how you plan on achieving your goal in terms of nutrition/cardio/weightlifting ?
