When I Started:
Jun, 2006
How I Started:
Watching The Worlds Strongest Man from a young age with and seing my idol Mariusz Pudzianowski.
Seing people reaching their potential in gym!
I prepped early: Realised i had made good gains, not to keen on competing but i got the experience that i wont forget. Get photo's of progress and enjoy workouts with others rather than alone. Hope to get some motivation and kind words from others around who see the potential.
Ideas:
1. 1K Club
2. Muscletech 24 hour add an inch to arms, can experiment with other bodyparts maybee not my cock though
3. Building 'Neck' & 'Forearms to epic proportions
4. Try out different pre workouts, raise that hour of my life to new levels
5. Train for a photoshoot, get ideas
6. To win the Multiplayi39 pressup challange representing Planetside haha
7. Train explosive and see how i can develop
Why I Love It:
I suppose i like the attention which is probebly the same for alot of people.
I want to be remembered, noticed and i wanna be somebody with achievement and i think the gym can be my way to that goal.
I want to amaze people and have respect for working hard to get muscle.
I want to sculpture my body unlike anyone else in my area (Become a muscle freak basically)
How I Stay Motivated:
What i feel:
I want to enjoy things as usual but something makes me want to carry on and succeed, i want to bodybuild for fun but competing is also on my mind. I must remember competition can not rule my life, if it stresses me im going to stop and wait until i can be ready
Plan is to get some good pictures done my way with my ideas and epress myself. Then assess myself and consider competing naturally

We are from the same area, i think i may have seen him as a child where i worked myself in the same centre and became immensely interested in bodybuilding and comp when i was there, maybee Donyngs inspires bodybuilder but i doubt it :P Always chatting about workouts and things, great PM's and he has achieved something great, i too want to achieve competition level. He sorted his diet out to control his epilepsy and trained on top of that. Great work, hope to meet soon Mike!
I really enjoyed training with you. I am so impressed with your commitment to compete in April and hope to be there in the crowd cheering for you, when you do. All the best for 2010
Good Luck in your training for your comp! Don't give up and stay determined - it's a long journey and I give everyone who is on that journey much deserved credit! Ask Mike! You're in great company!
You're not the first one to notice, haha! Just an effect of my height/long torso I suppose. Doesn't bother me any, I can think of plenty of people with worse genetics.
An amature nation level show, wasn't a natural show or I imagine the majority would have stayed not ran. I'm not entirely sure what the doping officals had in mind going there though since they weren't liked with the federation running the show.
Hi Toby - thanks for the message! Hope everything is going well for you at Donyngs. I have had a good time over the summer at the Lido - the pool is great and I've had a lot of help from the guys at the gym, sorting out a ketogenic diet.
Hi there - great to hear from you! I used to work in the gym at Donyngs - a long time ago! I also used to take Supercircuits classes along with a guy called Kiran.
