Moderate Carbs, Moderate Fat, High Protein. Vary the calorie intake plus or minus 500 calories in order to gain muscle or cut fat.
Do you sometimes use a protein powder?
What is your favorite protein powder?
Optimum Nutrition's Gold Standard 100% Whey- Milk Chocolate Extreme
What is the best type of protein for you?
Why is this type of protein best?
Trying to put on lean muscle mass is really hard to do. A slowly digesting protein allows me to put clean muscle on while not gaining fat.

Just keep on the protein and you should be ok i think. Also try to keep your heart rate at 65-70% max when you do cardio. This helps keep your body from using muscle for energy!!

You and I are trying the same thing. I haven't lost any fat or gained any muscle yet. I am just starting a women's creatine supp and hopefully it'll help. The high protein sure isn't making a difference!
