bsoates2000 Hey man thanks for the tips on activity level, but I was thinking, if I was doing the calorie counting day to day, how would I distinguish between moderate and intense? Would moderate be like it was a good workout but Im not sweating profusely and I never had to stop or had an urge to throw up, compared to intense? Apr 12, 2010 11:53pm
