I follow a plan of CLEAN EATS and SMALL CHEATS.
Here's what my day looks like:
1 scoop Shakeology, 2 tbsp. PB2 powder
4 egg whites
1/2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal w/ 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tbsp. wheat germ, 1 tbsp. flaxseed
1 cup romaine, 1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup celery, 1/2 cup carrots
3/4 cup tuna w/ celery and red onion
1/2 cup brown rice w/ beet root
1 scoop whey protein
1/2 cup cottage cheese
4 oz. Tilapia
1/2 cup sweet potato
1 cup broccoli
1/2 scoop casein protein
1 gallon water per day

I wholeheartedly believe that supplements are just that... SUPPLEMENTAL to a well-balanced diet. I don't go crazy with supps.

I decided to change my life and help others believe they can too.
Once I made the DECISION to COMMIT myself to my nurtition and fitness GOALS by making a PLAN, STICKING WITH IT and STAYING CONSISTENT, I decided as I began to see results that I wanted to share the wealth with others and help them to believe that THEY can achieve their nutrition and fitness goals, too.

Currently stationed on Guam, I decided to help the largest amount of people I can right where I am by starting the Andersen FIT facebook page (www.facebook.com/andersenfit). This is a FB page dedicated to military members, their spouses and dependents stationed on Guam who want to improve their nutrition and fitness... and thus improve their lives.
It is quite the journey... I am so incredibly blessed.
