My Nutrition Philosophy View My Full Nutrition Philosophy

I follow a plan of CLEAN EATS and SMALL CHEATS.

Here's what my day looks like:

0600-
1 scoop Shakeology, 2 tbsp. PB2 powder

0900-
4 egg whites
1/2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal w/ 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tbsp. wheat germ, 1 tbsp. flaxseed

1200-
1 cup romaine, 1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup celery, 1/2 cup carrots
3/4 cup tuna w/ celery and red onion
1/2 cup brown rice w/ beet root

1500-
1 scoop whey protein
1/2 cup cottage cheese

1800-
4 oz. Tilapia
1/2 cup sweet potato
1 cup broccoli

2100-
1/2 scoop casein protein
20 almonds

1 gallon water per day

Once I made the DECISION to COMMIT myself to my nurtition and fitness GOALS by making a PLAN, STICKING WITH IT and STAYING CONSISTENT, I decided as I began to see results that I wanted to share the wealth with others and help them to believe that THEY can achieve their nutrition and fitness goals, too.

This is a FB page dedicated to military members, their spouses and dependents stationed on Guam who want to improve their nutrition and fitness... and thus improve their lives.

cbrandel Thank you. The first step is wanting it andit sounds like you do.Everything starts in the kitchen. eating clean and weighing ur food ,hitting numbers based on what your goals are.
