When I Started:
Jan, 2008
How I Started:
I've suffered a lot of ups and downs in my life. I've been dealing with depression since i was 17 and since then I stopped taking care of myself as I should and things slowly got out of control. I started gainning the most weight 2 years ago. I was never this fat my entire life! Now, after 2 years of complete sadness and unhappiness (not to mention health issues and very very very low self-esteem, if any...) I decided I can't live like this anymore. It's going to be a very hard journey but I know I need it, for a lot of different reasons. I'm young, I want to enjoy my life with my husband, our family and love myself as well, because i can tell you, to this day, I don't know what that is.
Why I Love It:
The pain makes me feel alive... LOOOL!
How I Stay Motivated:
Besides looking at myself in the mirror and see how far this madness has come, I have a huge bag full of awsome clothes that I want to wear, LOL!
BB Accomplishments:
None so far.

I wanna see how much I can transform my body in 12 weeks, in a healthy, natural way.
Goal (Long):
Lose 44 lb in a healthy way, reduce my bodyfat to a healthy level, tone my body and get in the best shape of my life.
After I'm done, maintain my weight and bodyfat levels for the rest of my life, leading an active and healthy life.
Don’t worry about the supplements that Body for Life wants you to buy – that’s how they make their money. Check out their website and look at the foods you should eat along with when and how to both lift weights and do cardio. The Body for Life program is free. My wife and I used just the bare minimum of supplements and did fine. Multi-vitamin, protein powder, creatine and glutamine.
I wish you much success in your quest to get fit. I recommend that you combine weight lifting; some form of cardio and a good nutrition plan, as you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. I used the Body for Life program and had great results; you might want to give it a look-see. Stay strong and believe in yourself and what you can accomplish. Give me a yell if you wish.
