How I Started:
I started to work out because I needed some space to myself. I was too active socially and I didn't have any time for myself, so I started going to the gym. I also tend to have too much energy, so exercise is a must for me.
Why I Love It:
It's just something that I need. I don't particularly love it, but I can't see it not being part of my life at the current moment. I love exercising, but I don't wish to get too serious about bodybuilding.
How I Stay Motivated:
I realized that because of some diet choices I had lost a good amount of muscle mass and was worried that I was too skinny. I made some adjustments to my raw diet and decided to try to gain weight with it. When I saw that I could put on mass while being on a raw, life-food diet I became motivated to see what's possible for me.
It also motivates me to think that if I do achieve a nice physique, people might consider raw foods from a different perspective. To my knowledge there is only 2 raw food body builders out there, so it motivates me to think that we are very few to be testing this out.
