How I Started:
I Taught martial arts for 22 years , got extremely bad Lung infection , resulting in massive asthma at age of 40 . After 2 years of ZERO exercise weight went to 270 , so i slowly began to cardio/weight train , switching to weights /cardio after i hit target weight of 205 .
Why I Love It:
i ve always felt better about myself ,and my outlook on life is greatly enhanced by keeping fit.
Burning off aggression also helps : )
How I Stay Motivated:
i have my drivers lic. pic taped to my fridge ( 270 lbs loooooooking gooood ! ) My friends are all massive weightlifters also , so it helps .
BB Accomplishments:
recovered from broken neck at age 21 , was paralized on right side for 2 years. never supposed to regain use of that arm. im rated 40 % diabled but besides from fine motor control in my right hand, its not obvious to anyone but me . Also Losing 70 pounds of Table muscle wasnt a bad feat in itself
