How I Started:	I lost a lot of weight after having my girls and I want to tone up and gain lean muscle weight. I really got into working out about 2 years ago but I just lost interest and in return, I lost my figure. No More...
Why I Love It:	It makes me feel strong and lean. It's all about working hard and acheiving goals!!!!!!
How I Stay Motivated:	By looking at my beach pictures before my girls were born.

Goal (Long):	My biggest goal is to maintain what I am working so hard at in this present day!!!! I want to be a strong lean super mom that can battle at the drop of a dime!!!!!! I am my childen's super hero!!!!!!!! I also want my arms to look hard and cut!!!!!! I've been at this for about a week now and I must say I love it!!!!!! A lot of work and mental discipline, but sooo worth it!!!!!!!
