I absolutely hate taking pictures! The manager actually had to stop me from crying. Although the pics came out good, I cried alot when looking at this fat pic :(

To lose fat & gain muscle... and get my butt back!
Goal (Long):
I miss my "old" body so much! I want it back badly. I'm lumpy with rolls everywhere and am so frustrated. I want to be totally fit and healthy with an awsome figure... and I want my butt back!! My long-term goal is to lose at 44 lbs over the next 6 months, along with inches off my chubby waist and huge thighs.
Was a little bit sad... graduated with a Bachelors from the #1 school in my major and can't work for how long?? Miss my living stipend, so what did I do? Had a couple of beers. I know I'm probaby out of ketosis by now. We'll see...
so i've read your captions on your progress pics and i just have to say.... take it one short term goal at a time. before you know it, they'll all add up to a wonderful transformation. being hard on yourself if good however being trashy hard is bad. Keep it hard but keep it positive!
Girl don't be so hard on yourself... I didn't want to post my pics either but we are going to bring it! And just imagine the satisfaction of posting our "after" pics. We aren't even going to care about the before ones. Stay up and God Bless!
Now dont go trash talking yourself lol. Just love who you are today, and enjoy the process of transformation. Positive attitude is everything...getting fit is hard! But you can do it.
good look to you in reaching your goals, no matter how evil exercise is lol keep hammering away...but you should try to make it fun, do stuff you like, try dancing, or swimming, you dont have to spend all your time in a gym to get in shape you know
