Hi there! sorry - I've been a bit quiet on here recently - I had some surprise news...turns out I am pregnant! It's still very early days but , boy, I am drained of all energy. I am going to see a trainer to get a proper pregnancy workout and diet plan drawn up, but I guess it's going to be about maintaining rather than gaining any progress for the next 8 months! How are you doing?

Wow, you are looking amazing as always! I have just found out I am pregnant with #5 and would love some tips on how to adapt my workout and diet through the pregnancy. How did you manage to keep in such great shape through your last pregnancy?

Hey Michelle - you are looking amazing as ever! I just found out I am pregnant with #5...I really need to keep my focus and motivation up and not slob out and turn to the cookie jar like I have with other pregnancies! Do you have any advice on nutrition and workouts during pregnancy? How much should I adapt my current plan? x

That multi sounds good - I just bought animal pak but wish I hadn't! Each serving is 11 tablets!! And they are like huge horse pills! The P90X looks good - there's different ways to do things...I am doing the cardio lean version so it is mainly core and cardio because I still like to do my weights at the gym...also I wasn't going to buy a chin up bar when I can't even do a half a chin up at the moment! Hope you feel better soon!

Hey! You look great...what a great transformation. I'm 36% BF right now and sometimes I wonder what is the point as it will probably be impossible to ever look good - but seeing your pics gives me hope again! What kind of program did you use for your nutrition and workouts??

Great transformation - you look fab! How much cardio did you have to do to get where you are...and did you let yourself have cheat meals??

Hey Tamar, thanks for the add : - ) Well, yes, I could definitely do with some nutritional help! I've often wondered whether wheat and gluten was an issue for me so I'd be interested in finding out more about that too. Your figure is inspiring to me - you look great so I'd love to find out more about how you got there : - ) x

Yep, my hubby is a true blue ozzie...I'm trying to get him down the gym but he's happiest out on the deck with a bottle of vb! lol...Not great for my motivation so that's why I look to this site to be inspired and to spur me on : - )

aah, sorry you've been sick...hope you're feeling better : - ) I'm so sick of pretending to like egg whites and fish - lol! Think I need to explore some variations and recipes so I don't feel so deprived! Have a great day!

Thanks for the advice : - ) I think you're right, smaller goals might be the way forward...I could still make some changes before xmas. I like your caveman principle too - I've been trying to eat fish, egg whites, fish, egg whites (neither of which I really like!) and I've been miserable and so usually end up in a carb binge at the weekend and ending up at square one!!
