Goal (Long):
I used to be fit and dedicated to health and fitness, however this tailed off about 10 years ago and I became more dedicated to the party lifestyle...too much beer, too much junk food and too much time spent sedentary.
I first fell pregnant in 2002 and now have 4 beautiful children.
This has taken me even further away from my ideal body...my life is stressful and hectic and very busy.
I've found myself 15kg above my ideal weight and very unhappy with my body.
Although my husband is supportive of me starting this journey, he could be seen as a sabateur as he still likes the beers etc! That's why I would love to find friends who can support and motivate me!
I'm planning to clean up my diet, drink lots more water, and start on a kick a** exercise plan.
I want to transform my body so I can be proud of it and my achievements.
Ideally I want to achieve this by Australian summer so I can have the confidence to go to the beach with my children : - )
This transformation is amazing! She is so real that it gave me such a slap in the face for making excuses!! This is one mama that I really look up to!!
Hey there - just saw your comment - I was out of town. DON'T WORRY about being 36% bf. It CAN be done - my avitar pic was taken only 12 weeks after I began my transformation. I started working out 5 times per week and NEVER cheated on the diet. Each meal would be a lean protein, good carb and minimal fat. Consistency is key, though - let me know if you need any help!
Hello Andrea! THanks for the FR! I am sure you will reach your goal! I am a certified nutrition educator....I live totally Gluten Free....I can help you if you need it. xoxo Tamar
Yeah,i hear what your saying about dieting, although I'm getting pretty consistent now.I don't drink that much anymore either,it's always hard when your surrounded by people who do.And there's seems to be plenty of them around this time of the year.
You are one beautiful mommy! One of the reasons I love working out so much is that it is an excellent stress-reliever for me. I think it helps make me a better, more relaxed, more patient mom!! Very happy to be your friend!
Hey girly! thanks so much for the kind words. Yep, I am looking forward to hitting it hard after the little dude gets here! I am already planning my attack! LOL! Keep up the great work, you look terrific!

Hi Andrea, My motivation is pretty High at the moment !!! :) I know what you mean about the eating clean Andrea! The dieting has been the Hardest part of this hole think for me!
Well my diet has been horrible the past week. I am so sick of fish and chicken. LOL. I'm trying my best, but I've just wanted carbs. I had a race this past weekend, so I let myself eat what I wanted. Loads of coffee. LOL. Now I'm sick, so trying to eat anything has been a struggle. I've not run in 2 days and weights are just not working for me. Hoping to get back on track. We can do it.
wholegrain bread.it gives me a needed boost.set yourself smaller goals or think of an important deadline(night out or xmas!!!)and that may help you feel more focused.i think how my bums going to look in my little black number!!!!!keep going.will stay in touch.x
